Imperial Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well‑established client based in Newton Aycliffe, specialising in the design, manufacture, and distribution of industrial kitchen solutions. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall management of warehouse operations, including goods inwards, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and operatives
  • Drive warehouse optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
  • Manage stock accuracy, inventory control, and space utilisation
  • Coordinate with production, transport, and senior management to meet business objectives
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and performance standards
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Forklift licence and hands‑on forklift experience
  • Solid health & safety background with demonstrable compliance knowledge
  • Experience in warehouse optimisation and process improvement (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • IT literate with experience using warehouse or stock management systems
