Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking to take the next step into a management role? Do you enjoy leading a team, improving efficiency, and making sure everything runs like clockwork?
We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to join an established team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing the warehouse operation to ensure an efficient, accurate, and safe flow of goods; from receipt through to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet customer demand and operational targets
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your warehouse team to deliver consistent performance
  • Manage stock control, including regular cycle counts and full stock takes
  • Work closely with the purchasing department to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Oversee third-party storage where required
  • Ensure all orders are dispatched on time and in full
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
  • Manage the forklift fleet and ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive warehouse efficiency

The Package:
