  • Coordinate farm delivery schedules and plan efficient delivery runs across our sites, adhering to biosecurity requirements where necessary
  • Develop and maintain efficient warehouse systems, inventory management processes, and stock control procedures
  • Manage all stock movements in and out of the warehouse with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched correctly and in line with productivity goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations
  • Take responsibility for the security of the warehouse, stock, and workplace environment

  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Farm Managers, Operations Managers, and Logistics teams to streamline processes
Qualifications
  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture, promoting growth and operational excellence
  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within agricultural production or distribution environments
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a small, diverse team
  • Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse safety regulations
  • Energetic, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset
Benefits
  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Enhanced company pension scheme
  • Death in service insurance
  • 24/7 health and wellbeing support
  • Access to the Cranswick discounts platform
  • Eligibility for the Cranswick Share Save scheme
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay after 2 years' service
