Job summary

ITS Building People are recruiting a Machine Operative for a Totton, Hampshire project. 12 weeks temporary to permanent, ASAP start. First 4 weeks training from 6am to 2pm, then shifts rotate between early and late schedules. Weekly pay, overtime available, and on-site facilities.

Candidate must lift up to 20kg, work well in a team, and have basic computer skills; forklift experience is a bonus. CSCS/CPCS/NPORS cards are advantageous; further opportunities may arise with ITS Building People.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 20kg.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift experience (Not essential).

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and perform duties on a 12-week project.
• Attend training during the first 4 weeks (6:00–14:00).
• Rotate shifts between early and late after training.
• Maintain safety and teamwork on site.
