Job description
What the role entails:
  • Oversee all warehouse operations from goods in and storage to picking, packing, and dispatch.

  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all activities.

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, optimising routes, transport costs, and supplier performance.

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a dedicated warehouse and logistics team.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and customer service to keep things running smoothly.

  • Use data and systems to plan, monitor, and improve performance.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and space optimisation.

  • Maintain compliance with HSE and quality standards.

What You’ll Bring
