Overview

Are you an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager looking for a fresh challenge where you can truly make your mark?

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead a busy and growing operation ensuring that goods flow seamlessly from supplier to customer, and that every part of the warehouse runs efficiently, safely, and with precision.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, who enjoys leading by example, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehouse operations from goods in and storage to picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all activities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, optimising routes, transport costs, and supplier performance.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a dedicated warehouse and logistics team.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and customer service to keep things running smoothly.
  • Use data and systems to plan, monitor, and improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and space optimisation.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE and quality standards.
