Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Chippenham

Salary: £30,000+ DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday

Pertemps Swindon are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement, storage, and delivery of goods across the supply chain. You’ll ensure products are shipped and received on time, prepare export documentation, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage shipping, storage, warehousing, and receipt of goods, including international export documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of products to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance, KPIs, and logistics processes.
  • Work with internal teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing) to resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Analyse logistics data, control transportation costs, and implement process improvements.
  • Support lean initiatives such as Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Provide technical knowledge and perform other relevant duties as required.
