Job summary

The Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Stansted Mountfitchet, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. This role blends warehouse operations, stock control and administration with logistics coordination.

You will receive, process and dispatch orders, maintain stock records, and support deliveries across the UK. The salary is £26,000–£28,000 per year with a bonus scheme, plus full training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, stores or stock control experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
• Physically able to assist with loading and unloading goods.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience with ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and book in deliveries.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support stock takes.
• Process warehouse transactions.
• Complete customer deliveries to sites across the UK (typically up to 2 days per week).
• Load and unload goods safely and professionally.
• Support trade shows and exhibition logistics.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
