Job summary

Boost inc is seeking a Stock Manager to take command of our London stock hub, ensuring every component is accounted for and dispatched swiftly.

You will lead from the floor, own stock accuracy, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, and drive 5S standards while integrating with WMS and future 3PL partnerships. This role offers an international environment across Europe, opportunities to grow, and a fast-paced, hands-on leadership culture.

Qualifications

• WMS Mastery and ability to troubleshoot WMS software.
• Hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, not just admin work.
• Meticulous accuracy with serial numbers, parts and counts.
• Problem solving under fast-paced dispatch deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% stock accuracy across physical inventory and WMS data.
• Lead cycle counts, spot checks, and root-cause fixes for discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, raise POs, and coordinate with suppliers to avoid stockouts/overstocking.
• Inspect and log all incoming shipments; manage non-conforming goods.
• Oversee on-time outbound dispatch with precise documentation.
• Optimize warehouse layout for speed, safety and 5S standards.
• Rapidly pick and kit custom bundles/parts for assembly and deployment.
• Pack items securely to prevent transit damage.
• Support transition to and management of 3PL partners.
• Ensure real-time data logging in the WMS and generate leadership reports.

As our Stock Manager, you aren’t just sitting at a desk watching spreadsheets; you are the Operational Engine on the Floor. You hold the keys to our warehouse, lead from the front, and turn warehouse logistics into a fine art.

What You'll Do

Stock Ownership & Auditing

• Maintain 100% stock accuracy across physical inventory and WMS data 24/7.
• Lead cycle counts, spot checks, and immediate root-cause fixes for discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, raise POs, and keep suppliers aligned to prevent stockouts/overstocking.

Tactical Logistics (Inbound/Outbound)

• Inspect and log all incoming shipments; manage non-conforming goods immediately.
• Oversee flawless, on-time outbound dispatch with precise documentation.
• Optimize warehouse layout for speed, safety, and 5S standards.

Kitting & Fulfillment

• Rapidly pick and kit custom bundles/parts for assembly and deployment.
• Pack items securely to guarantee zero transit damage.
• Support the future transition to and management of 3PL partners.

WMS & Systems Management

• Ensure real-time data logging in the WMS for all stock movements.
• Generate clear reports for leadership on turnover, valuation, and bottlenecks.
