Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse/Inventory Administrator in a distribution centre for telephone masts for a leading logistics company.

Staffline is recruiting for an Administrator to work in Derby.

The rate of pay is £14.33 per hour.

Overtime is available, paid at £17.81 per hour and Sundays paid at £23.74 per hour.

You will work fixed shifts Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 10am to 6pm with the potential of moving to 6am to 2pm

Time at Work
As an Administrator at this site, you'll be reporting directly to the shift manager. Your duties will include:

  • Operating to Company procedures and guidelines, and ensure that performance standards are met
  • Receiving and issuing goods orders
  • Processing documentation
  • Filing documentation records for statistical information
  • Posting goods issue where applicable and generate carrier documentation
  • Making recommendations and contribute to the Company's Oi scheme for more efficient working practices
  • Actioning or escalating customer requests where required
  • Using the SAP/WMS system to process and monitor stock

This role may involve heavy lifting of items weighing up to 20kg.
