Job summary

Right Now Group is seeking an experienced White Glove Delivery Driver & Installation Operative to join our premium logistics operation based in Egham. You will deliver, assemble and install furniture and art, while driving company vehicles and using hand tools as needed.

Eligible candidates will have a full, clean UK driving licence, forklift experience (Reach and Counterbalance), and a strong focus on customer service.

White Glove Delivery Driver & Installation Operative

Right Now Group are currently recruiting for an experienced White Glove Delivery Driver & Installation Operative to join our client's specialist logistics and delivery operation based in Egham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business specialising in premium deliveries, furniture handling and installations, providing a high-quality service to customers across various locations, including Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, assembling and installing furniture, artwork and other high-value items while ensuring goods are handled safely and professionally.

This is a varied, hands-on position combining driving, installation work and warehouse operations, requiring someone with strong practical skills, excellent customer service and previous Reach and Counterbalance Forklift experience.

Key Responsibilities of a White Glove Delivery Driver & Installation Operative

• Carry out white glove deliveries and installations at customer premises, including homes, offices and commercial locations across Central London.

• Safely deliver, position, assemble and install furniture, artwork, mirrors and other items, using hand tools and power drills where required.

• Drive company vehicles professionally, completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on schedule.

• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled carefully, securely packaged and protected against damage.

• Operate Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts while supporting warehouse duties, including goods-in, stock handling, picking, packing and dispatch.

• Maintain high standards of customer service, warehouse organisation, stock accuracy and Health & Safety, reporting any damages or operational issues promptly.

The Successful Candidate

• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

• Previous experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts is essential.

• Confident using hand tools and power drills, with practical experience assembling furniture and carrying out installations.

• Previous experience within white glove delivery, furniture removals, installations or specialist logistics would be advantageous.

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally within customers' homes and commercial premises.

• Physically capable of manual handling duties, with a reliable, organised and flexible approach to work.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.

• Location: Egham.
