THE ROLE Lead and motivate a small team of FLT operators Operate FLTs (essential: valid Counterbalance VNA licence) Manage goods in/out, stock control, and accurate placement Coordinate seamlessly with production to keep everything flowing Champion health & safety every shift Oversee warehouse-to-production stock movement Maintain equipment, FLTs, and a spotless workspace YOU Valid Counterbalance and VNA FLT licences (non-negotiable) Proven supervisory experience in warehouse ops (FMCG a bonus) Hands-on FLT mastery and mechanical know-how Solid IT skills, including warehouse management systems The Rewards: £14.10 per hour x 38 or 42 hours per week, depending on business demands, hourly pay.
