We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a safe operation and role model a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
  • Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established
  • Act as the secondary point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement.
  • Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customer & our own internal processes.
  • Maintaining the standards of OMS, Quality Management Systems and HSMS
  • Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in your area of responsibility.
Who this role would suit
