Job summary

Rexel UK in Cardiff is seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our branch team on a Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule. You will perform warehouse duties, stock control, van loading and deliveries.

You will also learn to engage customers at the trade counter and by phone, building partnerships as you progress in the role.

Qualifications

• COLLABORATION: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives
• TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY: Taking action, overcoming obstacles, and meeting commitments
• CUSTOMER FOCUS: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• DRIVING: Hold a Valid UK Drivers Licence, with no more than 3 points & be a minimum of 21 years old (Insurance Purposes)
• EXPERIENCE: Have proven Multi-drop & basic Warehouse experience
• COMMUNICATION: Have great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and Customers
• ADAPTABILITY: have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties, including inwards stock control and picking/packing products.
• Load vans for deliveries and cover delivery routes as required.
• Support customers at the trade counter and via phone to ensure excellent service.
