Job summary

Lasered Components in the United Kingdom is seeking a dispatch/warehouse assistant to support day-to-day goods-out and delivery operations. The role involves loading, unloading, checking against PO notes, packing securely, and preparing parcels for courier collection.

You will ensure stock is stored correctly, assist the production team as needed, and follow all health & safety procedures. Training and on-site parking may be provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or dispatch operations is beneficial.
• Basic literacy for checking PO numbers and delivery notes.

Responsibilities

• Help with day-to-day goods-out and dispatch operations.
• Load and unload deliveries safely.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Report stock or delivery issues to the Supervisor.
• Pack goods securely and prepare parcels for courier collection.
• Carry out company deliveries and collections when required.
• Store materials in correct locations and keep stock organised.
• Use company software to prepare delivery notes and support dispatch.
• Support the production team with general tasks.
• Keep the warehouse, and work areas clean, tidy and safe.
