Job summary

PHS Group Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Driver to support Barnsley and surrounding areas. You will operate a delivery van, conduct pre/post trip checks, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to customers.

The role requires a full clean driving licence and at least one year of multi-drop experience. Hours are 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour week. Competitive pay and on-site parking are included.

Warehouse Delivery Driver – Barnsley Area | £27,408.00 | Full Time Permanent Position | Great Hours Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced goods delivery driver with a full driving licence, warehouse experience and excellent interpersonal skills when speaking with customers? Responsibilities

• A full clean driving license is required.
• Previous 1-year multi drop driver job experience is essential.
• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery van with or without a tail lift to transport goods to designated locations around the UK.
• Follow routes and schedules provided by the company and have good geographical knowledge of the UK.
• Provide excellent customer service and a caring approach when interacting with customers.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
• Assist with picking, packing, and loading of vehicles when not driving.
