Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse or cross dock management role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Sound knowledge of WMS and stock control processes.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Warehouse & Cross Dock operations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across site management.
• Foster a safety-first culture by engaging in QSHE initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all XPO processes and relevant legislation.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and service levels.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities to your team.
• Deputise for the Senior Operations Manager when required.
