Job summary

Tesco is looking for colleagues to join our fulfilment centre team in the UK. The role offers a starting hourly rate of £13.28, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25, with additional location-based payments possible.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options down to 12 hours, and flexible availability windows. You will be part of a diverse team delivering high-quality online order picking and in-store support, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by picking items for online orders with accuracy and care.
• Carrying out clean as you go routines, using the clean as you go tools.
• Keeping aisles clear of congestion when replenishing or picking products.
• Working in a clean, tidy and organised manner and taking any equipment that needs cleaning out of use.
• Following the warehouse/storage plan, putting everything back in its place.
• Ensuring trays used for picking are clean, taking dirty trays out of use to be cleaned.
• Regularly replenishing products so customers can get what they want: prioritising items that matter to customers.
• Making sure picked items are of high quality with the best possible date for fresh products.
