Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our warehouse cleaning team. In this role you will tidy all areas of the warehouse, including washrooms and canteens, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products. You will help keep equipment clean and in safe working order, respond to call-outs, and support waste disposal while adhering to health and safety policies. No experience is required as full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required; full training will be provided.
• Able to work as part of a team in a warehouse environment.
• Willing to comply with health and safety policies and basic disclosure checks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas within the warehouse, including washrooms and canteens.
• Use cleaning equipment and products and keep equipment clean and in safe working order.
• Respond to client call-outs and manage waste disposal.
• Support the team with daily cleaning duties as required.
