Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is hiring a Warehouse and Cleaning Operative to support the depot’s daily operations. You will load/unload vehicles, decontaminate and clean medical devices, manage goods in/out via barcode scanning and prepare orders for delivery.

You will work independently and as part of a team, performing PAT testing and LOLER checks, with opportunities to contribute to cost-effective, safe healthcare solutions.

Formación

• Ideally some experience in a warehouse and/or cleaning operative role is desirable
• Be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rota.

Responsabilidades

• Loading and unloading our delivery vehicles in a safe and compliant manner.
• Decontamination and cleaning of medical devices and equipment.
• Ensuring that ‘goods in and out’ are accounted for utilising the barcode system scanners.
• Pick and quality assure that day’s delivery workload.
• Delivering service with empathy and care and being an integral Medequip Team member with a duty of care to service users.
• Working well independently and as part of a team.
• Carrying out PAT testing and LOLER checking.
• General repair tasks within the depot.
