Job summary

Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is seeking a Warehouse and Cleaning Operative in Newton Aycliffe. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £24,909 per annum.

You will load/unload vehicles, decontaminate medical devices, and manage goods in/out using barcode scanners, while providing empathetic support to the Medequip team. Ideal candidates have warehouse/cleaning experience, flexibility for shifts, and a willingness to participate in an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse and/or cleaning operative role preferred.
• Flexible with working days/hours to meet business needs.
• Willing to participate in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Decontaminate and clean medical devices and equipment.
• Ensure goods in and out are accounted for using barcode scanners.
• Pick and quality assure that day's delivery workload.
• Carry out PAT testing and LOLER checks.
• Support depot operations as part of a team.
