Qualifications

• Previous supervisor experience with a good focus on customer service.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively and excellent organizational skills.
• Awareness of Health and Safety legislation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning operations and use of chemicals as per guidelines.
• Carry out checks on machinery and report faults to Site Manager.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to Health & Safety policies.
• Monitor waste production using weekly procedures.
• Review and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Handle customer complaints and undertake required training.
• Deal with customer complaints and attend training.
