Responsibilities

• Cleaning warehouse areas and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Cleaning office spaces, including desks, floors and communal areas
• Cleaning kitchens, canteens and staff facilities
• Cleaning toilets and other shared areas
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Dusting, wiping and sanitising surfaces
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or cleaning requirements to the appropriate person
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the site

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Temporary Cleaner to join our team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across both warehouse and office areas. This is a hands‑on role and will suit someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and can work efficiently without constant supervision.

Main Duties

• Cleaning warehouse areas and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Cleaning office spaces, including desks, floors and communal areas
• Cleaning kitchens, canteens and staff facilities
• Cleaning toilets and other shared areas

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and committed
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and manage their time effectively
• Physically capable of carrying out general cleaning duties
• Well organised and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments
• Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential

Important: You must be available to start on 20th August 2026 and be able to work 09:00–14:00.

This is a temporary position offering 5 hours of work per day at £12.71 per hour.
