pladis is recruiting a Warehouse Team Member for our Midlands Distribution Centre. You will join a fast-paced environment handling finished products, with initial two weeks of training on all Manual Handling Equipment and protective clothing provided during induction.

The role requires Counterbalance and PPT experience, adherence to GMP/HACCP, and a proactive, adaptable mindset to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Counterbalance and PPT forklifts.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP and safety at work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Able to multitask and work with initiative.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Responsabilités

• Receive, pick and load finished products in the Warehouse.
• Complete two weeks of MHE training during induction.
• Use FLT/Counterbalance/PPT/VNA for operations.
• Ensure accurate stock receipt and data entry into WMS.
• Support safe, efficient warehouse operations and housekeeping.
• Assist with improvement initiatives and projects.
