Job Summary
We’re currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate (Shipper/Receiver and RMA Shipper/Receiver) to join our team. These roles play an essential part in ensuring that products move seamlessly while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality in every process.
This includes but is not limited to picking orders, packing, invoicing, shipping, receiving and cycle counting. Daily priorities may vary and will be set by the Logistics and Material Handling Manager.

Salary: $19.20 per hour
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
Shipper
- Prepare and fulfill orders based on completed sales orders.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for freight movement, including waybills and customs documents.
- Pick and pack orders securely for shipment and create invoices and packing slips.
- Generate address labels and ensure finished goods inventory is correct and accounted for.
- Load and unload product using a forklift.
Receiver
- Prepare the receiving dock for incoming deliveries.
- Unpack, inspect, verify, and sort received goods in accordance with purchase orders.
- Identify damaged goods and initiate freight claims when necessary.
- Check incoming product for damage and initiate freight claims if necessary.
- Create proper labels for incoming items and ensure they are placed correctly.
- Ensure stock levels and recorded quantities are accurate across all warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory using computerized record-keeping system.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently according to documented procedures.
- Support logistics operations and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Responsible for supporting the Service Department in managing returned materials (repairs, upgrades, or credits) from partners, end-users, and internal departments and ensures all returned products are properly documented, processed, and shipped.
- Receive, unpack, and document returned shipments in the database.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments via phone or email.
- Prepare repaired materials for shipment and generate Proforma Customs paperwork.
- Coordinate shipments with Production and arrange carrier pickups.
- Identify and assess issues with returned products, document all service activities in the database, and track recurring issues to support the initiation of corrective actions.
- Conduct verification of paperwork and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain required supplies, ensure a clean and organized workspace, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Restock parts bins (Secondary Duties).
- Program and stock Eproms and PLD devices (Secondary Duties).
Job Requirements
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent time-management skills; able to handle ongoing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Accountable, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality and safety.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and able to perform simple math accurately.
- Comfortable performing both repetitive and variable tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs safely on a daily, recurring basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving, material handling, or warehousing (preferred).
- Certified forklift operator (preferred).
