Warehouse Associate

Location: Cleckheaton, BD19

Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 8am - 4pm

Duration: 2month minimum contract but could progress into a Temp - Perm role.

Pay Rate: £14p/h

Stafflex are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join a Global Supplier. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative with FLT certification to take on a varied role supporting goods in, inspection, and quality control at a respected company.

Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods in the warehouse, from receiving and inventory management to order fulfilment and shipping.

Core Duties
  • Valid FLT license - ideally counterbalance and reach
  • Receiving and unloading goods from lorries
  • Operation of jib motorised cranes
  • Reviewing valves against technical specifications
  • Verifying valves against accompanying certification
  • Using the company ERP system to process receipts and manage material locations
  • Physically storing inventory in designated warehouse areas
Warehouse duties
  • Picking and packing small components and items
  • Producing and installing metal identification tags
  • Assisting with waste segregation and disposal
  • Communicating any issues identified during goods receipt to the office team
  • Supporting drop-offs, collections, and general workshop activities
