A recruitment agency is looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager in Gloucester to oversee the daily operations of a busy multi-site warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in ERP systems. This permanent role offers a salary of GBP 32,000 per annum with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day running of a multi-site operation.
  • Oversee stock control, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain compliance with SOPs.
  • Supervise and support team members.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:15am : 16:45pm

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support the day:to:day running of a busy, multi:site operation distributing worldwide.

The Role
  • Working closely with Warehouse Manager to oversee stock control, store replenishment and online order fulfillment across three Gloucester sites
  • Overseeing stock movement, order picking and packing processes
  • Using ERP system to manage inventory and performance data
  • Monitoring KPIs and maintaining SOP compliance
  • Supervising and supporting team members
  • Upholding quality control standards across all sites
  • Safely operating warehouse machinery when required
About You
  • Experience in warehouse or stock management
