We're seeking a proactive and dependable Warehouse Assistant Manager to support operations across three warehouse sites in Quedgeley, Gloucester. The company is a leading producer and international seller of goods, and this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth store replenishment and ecommerce fulfilment.

Monday to Friday 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations across all three sites
  • Support store replenishment and ecommerce fulfilment processes
  • Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and quality control
  • Contribute to SOP and KPI management
  • Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
  • Supervise and support warehouse teams as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in stock management
  • Familiarity with pick and pack systems
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Previous experience supervising teams
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using warehouse machinery
  • Understanding of SOPs and KPIs
  • Maintenance of quality control
