Job summary

BSS is recruiting a Warehouse Assistant based in Nottingham. You will work within the warehouse to process orders, help load and unload vehicles, and accurately record deliveries in our systems. You’ll collaborate with the team to maintain stock levels and support a reliable branch service.

The role emphasises safety, customer-focused service, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to learn insulation and interior building products on the job.

• Strong customer relationships are key to our success. You'll deliver the highest service standards in the Warehouse when serving customers, understanding and meeting your customers’ needs before sending them on their way with a smile.
• We keep safety at the heart of everything we do. Maintaining high standards and housekeeping across our warehouse keeps everybody safe and happy all day, every day.
• You’ll spend time in our Warehouse, helping to process orders, load and unload vehicles, and accurately book deliveries into our systems.
• You’ll work as part of a team, maintaining accurate stock levels to ensure a profitable branch.

• Are you able to process stock in the Warehouse within our health and safety guidelines?
• Do you provide best-in-class customer service through positive and purposeful interactions that leave a lasting impression?
• Can you self-motivate, multi-task and stay organised in adaptable, fast-paced environments?
• You don’t need to be an expert in insulation and interior building products, we’ll support you to learn this on the job!
