Qualifications

  • Previous forklift experience (training provided).
  • Experience in the construction materials industry or as a builder's merchant (preferred).

  • Pick items to fulfil orders and check incoming deliveries.

Minster, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Warehouse Assistant who's as passionate about great service as we are.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the loading/unloading of vehicles, forklift use as needed.
  • Maintain stock levels, conduct regular stock counts.
  • Pick items to fulfil orders.
  • Check incoming deliveries and put away appropriately.
  • Develop knowledge of product lines and services to optimise customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, face‑to‑face and by phone.
  • Keep branch clean and tidy for a great first impression.
  • Prioritise Health & Safety, demonstrate safe practices at work.
  • Support the team and customers with a flexible and collaborative approach.
  • Communicate confidently, both by phone and face‑to‑face.
Qualifications

West Drayton area. 7:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
