Tribe Vintage is a fast-growing vintage clothing start-up curating premium, authentic vintage — with a strong focus on vintage Ralph Lauren and other iconic heritage brands. We operate physical concessions inside Superdry stores across the UK, alongside a growing online and social media presence. Our team is passionate about quality, storytelling, and sustainability through circular fashion.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support the smooth running of our warehouse operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our vintage product is efficiently received, organised, prepared, and dispatched to stores and online customers. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced, creative business — perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working around high‑quality vintage clothing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking incoming stock.
- Sort and organise vintage clothing by category, style, or destination.
- Maintain tidy, efficient, and clearly labelled storage areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for retail stores, online sales, and events.
- Ensure all products are prepared to Tribe Vintage’s presentation standards.
- Support regular restocks and dispatches to Superdry concession locations.
- Assist with regular stock counts and inventory updates.
- Flag discrepancies or quality issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Inspect items for damage or wear before dispatch.
- Steam, fold, and tag garments to brand standards.
- Support inbound/outbound logistics and courier collections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects such as event prep or bulk store refreshes.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast‑paced team.
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet.
- Basic computer literacy (inventory software, spreadsheets, etc.).
Desirable:
- Experience in fashion, vintage, or retail warehousing.
- Interest in clothing, sustainability, or vintage culture.
- Driving license (optional but beneficial).
Personal Qualities:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Pride in maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy.
- Team player who contributes to a supportive work culture.
- Adaptable — comfortable in a growing, changing business.
