This role involves working across various areas of the workshop, operating machinery (once trained), maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Warehouse Assistant responsibilities

• Read and follow works orders and briefing papers at the start of each job
• Select, gather, and prepare materials (including metal sheets and MFC boards, up to 70kg)
• Cut and shape materials using various machine tools, rotating stations for varied experience
• Maintain production quality, accuracy, and high safety standards
• Inspect finished products and ensure all components meet customer specifications
• Proactively identify issues and support team success without constant supervision
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
