Job summary

Culina Group Limited – Great Bear at Panattoni Park is seeking a Warehouse Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers a salary of £26,693 per annum and 4 on 4 off day shifts from 6am to 6pm at the site.

You will handle daily PID checks, ensure the customer system mirrors the WMS, investigate complaints, perform stock checks and support colleagues with WMS issues while contributing to depot KPIs.

Qualifications

• Admin/stock control experience required.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solving and teamwork.
• Experience with SAP and WMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• Stock checks.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates including damaged stock and pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Support warehouse colleagues with WMS issues.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our Panattoni Park site on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £26,693 per annum.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off days, 6am-6pm.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• Stock checks.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
• Good Communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
• Team player attitude.
• Previous admin/stock control experience.
• Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.
