Job summary

Get Staff is seeking a Warden Call & Door Entry Engineer to service, fault-find and install warden call and door entry systems across West Yorkshire. The role is permanent, full-time with a company vehicle and a clear path to progression.

You will work across varied customer sites, handle installation and service work, and provide professional customer support while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with warden call and/or door entry systems.
• Installation experience in a relevant engineering environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with fire alarms or life safety systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and fault-find on warden call and door entry systems.
• Carry out installations across a variety of customer sites.
• Diagnose technical faults and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Complete service and installation work to a high standard while following procedures.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
