You will act as a clinical leader and expert practitioner, guiding the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to deliver optimal patient care in a bed Gynaecology ward with a day-case unit.

• Coordinate the ward on a daily basis and manage beds and emergencies.
• Sort staffing concerns and review Datix and complaints.
• Provide feedback on good/poor practice and mentor the team.
• Play a proactive role in quality and service improvement.
• Audit clinical standards of care and maintain a high standard of care.
