An exciting opportunity has arisen for the challenging but rewarding role of Ward Sister / Charge nurse to join the team on Ward E16. You will be self-driven, innovative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be highly motivated with a desire to provide the highest standards of care, whilst demonstrating clear leadership. You will provide support and supervision of nursing and non-nursing staff; assist in maintaining and monitoring of standards through Nursing Metrics Dashboard, Tendable Benchmarks and Trust Infection Control Audits and standards. We have a management team that is both innovative and proactive in ensuring that high quality care is delivered to our patients. In order to succeed you will have excellent patient care, clinical and managerial skills. You will have experience in a surgical area, or similar environment in the role of Deputy Sister / Charge nurse and recent experience of acute care environments. Excellent communication skills are also essential to this role.
