Intrepid Healthcare is recruiting experienced Band 5 Ward Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join the team at Paulton Hospital. The role offers agency shifts with flexibility for days and nights to fit around other commitments.

Successful applicants will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care on the ward, administer medications, monitor patients, and work closely with doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient safety and dignity.

Formación

• Band 5 Ward Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to patients on the ward.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with prescribed guidelines.
• Monitor patient observations and recognise signs of clinical deterioration.
• Undertake clinical assessments and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient notes and clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Support patients with their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
• Promote patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.

We have a range of agency shifts available, including days and nights, offering excellent flexibility for nurses looking for regular work or additional shifts alongside existing commitments.
