A healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a Ward Manager's Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support within a medical ward. Ideal candidates will have significant experience as a Management Assistant and possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills. E1 is a 22 bedded medical ward that specialises in Gastroenterology.
We have an secondment for a Ward Manager's Assistant, to provide comprehensive administrative services to the clinical matron to optimise their time to enable them to fulfil the clinical element of their role.
The post holder will provide a full secretarial and administrative service to optimise the time of the designated Managers by co-ordinating all diary commitments. The post holder will be expected to develop in-depth specialist knowledge of the team / service / division and the ability to provide detailed advice and information to whoever requests it. The role will require constant awareness of the work and key priorities of the division, dealing with highly confidential and sensitive matters.
