A national health service provider in London seeks a candidate for a Managerial Nursing position to lead a ward clinically and operationally. Responsibilities include managing care delivery, staff recruitment and retention, and ensuring a safe environment for patients. This post requires a candidate with management and leadership skills in order to lead the ward clinically and operationally, and provide the highest level of care to their client group. The post holder will be supported by five Band 6 Deputy Managers and will be working closely with the senior management team in CYPS to deliver care focused on improving outcomes and experiences for patients, families and carers.
Applicants will need to possess knowledge and skills of caring for both the physical and mental health needs of young people with enduring mental illness, and be able to ensure that staff are providing care to the standard expected.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington.
