A leading healthcare provider in King's Lynn is seeking a Ward Manager for their Neonatal Unit. The successful candidate will provide managerial leadership and oversee high-quality care for newborns and their families. You will be responsible for managing staff and resources, motivating the team, and providing expert clinical guidance. The position offers a salary between £47,810 and £54,710 per annum, and continuous professional development opportunities.

To inspire and facilitate the development of Neonatal and Transitional Care staff by providing an open supportive and encouraging environment in which all staff feel valued and where best practice prospers.
