Qualifications
- A relevant nursing qualification.
- NMC registration.
- A positive attitude and compassionate approach.
- Proven track record of leadership in a similar environment.
- Experience in NHS or private care leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the nursing team to provide high-quality care and support for ward residents.
- Empower recovery and deliver supervision to staff across the ward.
- Collaborate with the senior Nurse to manage on-call service and ward budgets.
- Lead by example and be a role model for learning and professional development.
- Maintain governance and uphold clinical standards.
