Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the ward in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding ward routines.
• Report damaged equipment and required maintenance repairs.
• Serve meals and assist with menu choices.
• Arrange, co-ordinate and collect additional food as requested.
• Manage and store ward food supplies.
• Order non-clinical supplies.
• Unpack stocks and rotate stock to ensure availability.
• Liaise with Supplies and other departments on deficits.
