A healthcare organization in England is seeking a motivated ward clerk for a 4-month position at Royal Gwent Hospital. The role involves a range of administrative duties, including liaising with community services, managing patient records, and general office work. An ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills. A full training will be provided, and knowledge of hospital systems is beneficial. This position promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers extensive training opportunities.
We are looking for a motivated ward clerk to join us for 4 months at Royal Gwent Hospital working on the Winter Ward D7W.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.
You must be able to work on your own initiative, use tact and diplomacy where appropriate and possess excellent communication skills as well as adhere to all confidentiality and information governance standards.
Knowledge of hospital systems would be beneficial although full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Currently we are unable to provide certificates of sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the Home Offices criteria. Anyone requiring a certificate of sponsorship is therefore unable to be shortlisted and interviewed.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
