A leading health organization in Wales is seeking a Ward Clerk for Ceiriog Ward in Chirk Community Hospital. The role involves providing clerical support to nursing staff, being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting the delivery of high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have previous clerical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This part-time, permanent position offers a salary of £24,833 per annum, pro rata.
Welsh language Skills need to be learnt when appointed to the post.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Clerk to join the team on Ceiriog Ward in Chirk Community Hospital.
To work as a member of a team providing an efficient and comprehensive clerical support service for the Ward thereby supporting the delivery of high quality service to patients and staff within the department.
This is a very rewarding but also very busy role and would suit someone who can stay calm under pressure in challenging situations, whilst carrying out a variety of tasks as no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives and visitors to the Ward and must demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Working as part of the Ward Team, the post holder will be required to give efficient clerical support to the nursing staff on the Ward.
