Job Overview

Witney Community Hospital, Wenrisc Ward is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the administration team on a part‑time basis (Monday‑Friday 16:00‑20:00). The successful individual will be motivated and enjoy working in a challenging and busy environment providing a comprehensive administration service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administration services in a challenging and busy environment.
  • Use interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with a diverse range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner.
  • Organise and manage competing and conflicting demands, using initiative and good organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Essential:

  • Good organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and confidentiality skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a healthcare or community setting (optional).
