Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital is seeking a Ward Clerk/Administrator to support the Ward and Administration teams on a zero-hours bank basis. From £12.84/hr dependent on experience, you will handle enquiries, maintain databases, and provide diary management and minute-taking services.
The role focuses on data presentation and patient-facing administration with a strong emphasis on customer service. NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration is preferred but not essential.

As a Ward Administration Assistant at our Wolverhampton Hospital, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential.
