Job summary

EY in London seeks a Manager in Wealth & Asset Management Risk & Regulation to lead regulatory and compliance initiatives for financial institutions. You will shape risk assessments, drive regulatory change programmes and transform operating models using data and AI to enhance effectiveness.

You will manage day-to-day team workstreams, engage with senior client stakeholders, and contribute to bids, propositions and growth of client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, compliance or prudential areas within asset management or wealth management.
• Experience leading small teams or workstreams with client stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and client presentations.
• Ability to design and transform risk and regulatory operating models.

Responsibilities

• Shape EY findings, conclusions and recommendations for client conversations.
• Lead analysis of emerging issues and develop EY viewpoints and propositions.
• Lead teams day to day, manage workstreams and engagement planning.
• Bring AI tools into delivery to bring fresh insight to clients.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to bids and proposals.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
