Job summary

NHS Grampian invites applications for a Salaried GP to join the Walk-In Centre in Elgin. You will deliver urgent primary care, assess, diagnose, treat, and refer where needed, while working with the Clinical Lead and wider multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.

The role supports flexible hours up to 40 per week, with enhanced pay for evening and weekend sessions. GMC licencing and full registration are required prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Full GMC licence to practise is required.
• Experience in urgent primary care or GP setting is desirable.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of general medical services including urgent assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral.
• Collaborate with Clinical Lead, Service Manager and MDT to ensure high‑quality, safe care.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the Walk‑In Centre service.
