We are looking for Waking Night Support Workers to join our growing team in Ellesmere Port - Cheshire. Experience is preferred as we will provide you with support and training to become a confident Waking Night Support Worker. Hft is a charity that supports adults with learning disabilities. Responsibilities
  • You’ll be supporting individuals with Learning Difficulties between the ages of 20-60 in their own home.
  • You’ll be involved in supporting them in all activities of daily living as needed to help them to live their lives how they want to.
  • You will empower them to make decisions for themselves, achieve their own dreams, goals and aspirations.
  • You will support them to ensure they are actively involved in their local community.
  • Assisting them to maintain relationships with friends and family and support them to be as independent as possible by assisting them to learn life skills such as cooking and cleaning, managing finances, socialising and engaging in meaningful hobbies/activities.

This is your opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives. We have a full time and part time position available. You will need to have flexibility to work shifts - starting at 22:00 and finishing at 10:00.
