Support Worker – 10 PM to 9 AM (Night Shift)

Walsingham Support has been operating across England and Wales since 1986, enhancing the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and other complex needs. Responsibilities

• Assist service users with day‑to‑day living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, emotional support, social interaction and community activities, as outlined in the individual care plan.
• Ensure a high‑quality, person‑centred care that meets the lifestyle needs of each individual.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑maintained environment for those we support.
• Support service users to reach their full potential and improve their quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver tailored support.
